Welcome to WildCrafted FIVEz. By accessing or using wildcraftedfivez.com (the "Site") or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this Site, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or have parental permission), and you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy.
2. Products
WildCrafted FIVEz sells sea moss gel, sea moss gummies, dried sea moss, pineapple sea moss gel, and premium ginger shots. All products are hand-batched in small runs.
Product images are representative. Actual color, texture, and consistency may vary slightly batch to batch — this is normal for natural, minimally processed wellness products.
Availability is not guaranteed. Some products are seasonal, limited-batch, or community/local-only and may not be available online.
3. Health & Wellness Disclaimer
WildCrafted FIVEz products are food and dietary wellness products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Consult your physician before starting any new supplement or wellness routine, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.
Allergens: Sea moss is a sea vegetable. Some products contain agave, pineapple juice, lemon, ginger, or honey. Check each product page for full ingredient lists. If you have shellfish allergies, consult your physician before consuming sea moss.
4. Orders & Payment
- All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
- Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice
- Payment is processed at checkout via Shopify Payments and approved third-party processors
- You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information
5. Subscriptions
Subscription orders are managed through Recharge.
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the cadence you select (30, 45, or 60 days)
- You can pause, skip, swap, or cancel anytime from your customer account or by emailing orders@wildcraftedfivez.com
- Subscription pricing reflects a 15% discount off the one-time purchase price
- Once a subscription order has shipped, it is final and non-refundable

See our Shipping Policy for full details. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We replace or credit damaged, defective, or incorrect orders only. See our Return Policy for the full process.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including the WildCrafted FIVEz name, logo, product names, photographs, copy, videos, and designs — is owned by WildCrafted FIVEz or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers

10. User-Generated Content
If you submit reviews, photos, social media tags, or other content related to WildCrafted FIVEz, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing purposes, with attribution where practical. You retain ownership of your content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
