Because every WildCrafted FIVEz product is a fresh, hand-batched, perishable wellness item — sourced from rope-cultivated sea moss harvested in St. Lucia and prepared in small runs to guarantee potency — we do not accept returns or exchanges.

This policy protects you, future customers, and the integrity of every batch we ship.


We Stand Behind Every Order

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please review our Shipping Policy for the full damaged-item process. The short version:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@wildcraftedfivez.com
  • Include clear photos of the product and packaging
  • We will replace the item or issue a discount code per our resolution options

What Is Not Eligible

  • Change-of-mind returns
  • Opened or partially used products
  • Orders reported more than 48 hours after delivery
  • Products damaged by improper storage after delivery (e.g., gel left out of refrigeration)
  • Issues caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders follow the same policy. You can pause, skip, or cancel any subscription at any time from your customer account or by emailing orders@wildcraftedfivez.com. Once a subscription order has shipped, it is final.
