The Origin
The Origin I'm Keaton. I didn't grow up taking sea moss. I came to it the way most people do, at a point in life where the noise got loud enough that I had to start listening to my body. It was during COVID. People around me were getting sick, and I started diving deeper into the teachings of Dr. Sebi and other herbalists who all seemed to share the same core message: food matters. Real food. Living food. Food from the earth and the ocean, not something built in a lab and covered by marketing. Sea moss was one of the first things I committed to consistently. During that time, coaches and people around me caught COVID. I didn't. And when I eventually did get it months later after forgetting to take my sea moss for a week, my experience was mild and passed quickly. I'm not claiming sea moss is medicine or a cure. I'm simply saying my experience was real enough that it changed my perspective completely, enough for me to book a flight to St. Lucia and learn more at the source.

I went to St. Lucia to find the source.
What I found wasn't a beach with people scraping random rocks. It was a farm. Lines of rope strung in clean ocean water, sea moss growing on those ropes the way strawberries grow in a garden, cultivated, tended, and harvested with care by families who have been doing this for generations.
That changed everything for me.
Most "wild-harvested" sea moss on the U.S. market is pulled from anywhere it can be found. Pollution levels, mineral content, and harvest season none of it is controlled.
What I saw in St. Lucia was different. Clean water. Known farms. Real people I now know by name.
That's the only sea moss WildCrafted FIVEz uses. Period.
Why "FIVEz"
FIVEz is more than a name, it's a symbol born from my years as a professional and amateur basketball player.
I wore the number 55, and every time I stepped on the court, it was a reminder: five fingers on one hand, five on the other, ten fingers in all, like a set of praying hands.
For me, 55 became a symbol of balance, of resilience, a call to pause, to pray, and to realign, no matter where life takes you.
Whether I was training kids or pushing myself, that logo on my jersey was a quiet signal: when times are tough or when you're soaring, remember to pause, reflect, and pray.
As I transitioned from basketball training to creating WildCrafted FIVEz, that same FIVEz spirit stayed with me.
Now, when you see it, on our product, in your fridge, it's a reminder: in every moment, big or small, pause, pray, and stay grounded in hope.
