Shipping policy
In an effort to maintain transparency and set realistic expectations, here is a complete breakdown of how we process and ship every order.
CONFIRMATION EMAIL
After placing your order, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your order number. Please double-check that the email address entered at checkout is accurate so you receive all order updates.
If you do not see the confirmation email in your inbox, check your spam folder. If it is not there, contact our team at orders@wildcraftedfivez.com and we will resend it manually.
If you placed your order through Instagram or Facebook, all order updates will be provided through those platforms, as they operate as third-party platforms. For assistance, contact us at orders@wildcraftedfivez.com.
ORDER PROCESSING
Our standard processing time is 3–7 business days.
Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Orders begin processing the next business day after they are placed; the day an order is submitted is not counted as a full business day.
We hand-prepare every order. Sea moss gel and gummies are made in small batches to guarantee freshness, which is why we hold a short processing window before your order ships.
RUSH PROCESSING
Rush expedited processing is available at checkout for $14.99.
Rush orders bypass the standard 3–7 business day processing window and ship on the next scheduled shipment day, provided they are placed before the cut-off time of 12:00 PM CT.
Rush processing and rush shipping are different services.
Shipping upgrades like FedEx 2Day or USPS Priority Express affect only the carrier transit time. Rush processing reduces the time it takes us to prepare your order before it leaves our facility.
SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Orders ship Monday through Wednesday.
Shipping early in the week protects perishable gel and gummy products from sitting in transit over the weekend.
PROCESSING TIME vs. SHIPPING TIME
Processing time = the period it takes us to prepare your order for shipment, including handling, batching, and quality checks.
Shipping time = the period it takes the carrier to deliver your order to your address after it has been shipped.
These are two separate windows.
Total time to delivery = processing time + shipping time.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
WildCrafted FIVEz uses two shipping carriers:
- FedEx — used for sea moss gel, pineapple gel, sea moss gummies, and ginger shots (perishable / temperature-sensitive products)
- USPS — used for dried sea moss and other shelf-stable dry products
Perishable products (gel, gummies, ginger shots) cannot be shipped to P.O. Box addresses.
Please provide a physical residential or business address at checkout to prevent shipping delays.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated by FedEx and USPS at checkout based on package size, weight, distance, and time sensitivity (especially for perishable items).
We do not mark up shipping.
TRACKING NUMBERS
Tracking numbers are generated when your shipping label is printed, which occurs within the 3–7 business day processing window.
Your tracking number will be sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout.
If you placed your order through Instagram or Facebook, your tracking number will arrive through that platform.
For assistance retrieving a tracking number, email orders@wildcraftedfivez.com.
Apps such as Shop or Route are third-party services. We recommend tracking your order directly through WildCrafted FIVEz emails or the carrier's website (fedex.com or usps.com) for the most accurate updates.
DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS
Inspect your package upon receipt.
You have 48 hours after delivery to report any concerns or damage. Clear photos are required to process any claim.
Gel & Gummy Products
Some thawing or softening during transit is normal, especially in warmer months.
If your gel arrives slightly thawed, place it in the refrigerator for 4–5 hours before use to restore proper consistency.
Product Consistency
The texture of sea moss gel may vary — from smooth and creamy to thick or more liquid.
These differences are influenced by harvest batch, drying method, water-to-moss ratio, and added ingredients (e.g., pineapple juice and agave in the Pineapple Gel).
All variations are normal and do not affect quality or potency.
DAMAGED ITEMS POLICY
All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp provided by the carrier.
Claims reported outside this window are not eligible for resolution.
To report a damaged item:
- Email orders@wildcraftedfivez.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
- Reports submitted without photos are not eligible for resolution
Resolution Options
Option 1 — File a Carrier Claim (Recommended)
Customers who file a claim directly with FedEx (fedex.com → File a Claim) or USPS (usps.com → File a Claim) are eligible to receive a replacement order at no additional cost.
Send us your claim confirmation number and we will follow up with the carrier to process your replacement.
Option 2 — Decline to File a Carrier Claim
Customers who prefer not to file a carrier claim will receive a 30% discount code for a future purchase.
A replacement order will not be issued under this option.
Reports Outside the 48-Hour Window
Damage reports submitted after the 48-hour delivery window are not eligible for replacement, refund, or discount.
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.
OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
We make every effort to keep all items in stock at the time of fulfillment.
If an item in your order becomes unavailable, it may be shipped separately or refunded depending on the restock timeframe.
Your packing slip will indicate whether an item has been refunded or is shipping separately.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order indicates an item is not in stock at the time of purchase.
Pre-order items are scheduled to ship by the estimated date in the product description, but those dates may shift if our supplier shipments are delayed.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order ships together once the pre-order item is available.
To avoid delays, we recommend placing two separate orders.
HOLIDAYS & MAJOR SALES DISCLAIMER
During high-volume periods such as Memorial Day, Juneteenth, the Fourth of July, Labor Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and major brand sales, please anticipate slight shipping delays of 1–2 business days beyond our usual processing time.
